CAPABILITY

From idea to container load

Zhejiang Zhuangao was established in 2008 and works exclusively in drinkware and mother-and-baby feeding products. Our in-house engineering and mould shop means changes happen inside the same building as production.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

Paperwork you can actually hand to a buyer

Certificates and test reports are shared for review on request. If you need testing to your own market's requirements, we arrange it and the report is issued to your company.

How we work with compliance

  • Management-system certificates and customer social-compliance audits are current and can be reviewed during a factory visit.
  • Food-contact testing (FDA, LFGB, EN 14372 and similar) can be arranged to your target market's requirements, with reports issued to your company.
  • We do not publish certificates we do not hold. Ask and we will send exactly what exists.

Food-contact materials we run

  • 316 stainless steel interior with 304 exterior — vacuum insulated bottles and food jars.
  • Pure titanium inside and out — light, corrosion resistant, naturally antibacterial.
  • Tritan and PPSU — bottle-grade plastics for drop-resistant kids' drinkware.
  • Teat-grade silicone for spouts and straws.

Quality gates on every order

  • Incoming-material inspection against the approved specification.
  • In-line inspection on the moulding and assembly lines.
  • Pre-shipment inspection with a written report at your option (third-party inspection welcome).

You bring the design, drawing or artwork. We tool, mould, assemble, inspect and pack to your specification, on a production line we own.

ODM

Original Design Manufacturing

You bring the brief. Our engineering team develops the structure and appearance with you, drawing on 368 existing patents to shorten the path to a sample.

OBM

Own Brand Manufacturing

Our own POLAR range is available for distribution and regional representation, with stock production lines already running.
